Currently operating in Britain, Ireland, and the Caribbean Region, Lagan Construction provides a high quality service to the Construction Industry, carrying out Civil Engineering projects in the Airport, Road, Water/Wastewater, Marine, and Power Generation sectors.

Product/Service Profile:

Lagan provides a civil engineering project management / main contractor service which includes:

Procurement and management of sub- contractors and suppliers for civil engineering contracts

Management of the contract to meet the requirements of the project’s work programme of works, and Client requirements through the provision of qualified and experienced civil engineers, ensuring a high standard of work

Production and planning of the programme of works utilising our in-house team of experienced planners using specialised software, Primavera Project Planner / Microsoft Project.  The programme function is to integrate, co-ordinate and control the activities of the in-house operations, “partners”, subcontractors and Customer in the execution of the project.

The Company provides internal specialist advice to the project management team on quality, environmental, and health & safety issues particular to each contract.  Ensuring our teams deliver contracts to a high standard, safely and in compliance with local laws and legislation.

The Company employs staff with specialist knowledge of quality, environmental and health & safety requirements.  These members of staff are responsible for maintaining and implementing the Companies ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001 Occ.  H&S management system.
