Property Invest GB Ltd was created as an exit vehicle for Harry McGee CEO, when the trading companies that he ran for 27 years (the Universal Group) were sold off to a Plc company in 2001/02. As CEO of the trading companies for that 27 years Harry McGee was planning to dabble into retirement at the tender age of 47, only to discover that retirement was not for him (after 6 months of playing golf). So Property Invest GB Ltd took on a new direction and over the last 10 years has specific interest in Great Britain hence the "GB" in the company name.

The company has developed a major property portfolio in London, England and around the M25 corridor, in prime locations let to blue chip tenants on long commercial FRI leases; the company is now looking to expand its interests in regard to mixed commercial developments and partnership schemes in other parts of the world.
